Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of receipt, processing, review and evaluation of your application for participation in the project and related communication.
The legal basis for processing of your personal data is the performance of necessary steps at your request prior entering into agreement on your participation in the project, if any.
Your personal data to the extent stated above will be processed and stored for no longer than is necessary for the fulfilment of the stated purpose but no longer than for 1 year after their receipt.
This data will be made available to all Project Partners. To the extent necessary, they may be also made available to external service providers who are contracted by the Project Partners, for example, for technical support of the Website (such as providers of web hosting services or providers of website maintenance).
In case that you are interested in collaboration on The Parc project outside the study programme or in case that you have any queries related to the project and you contact the Project Partners via form located on the Website, your personal data will be processed as follows:

If you agree to collaborate with the Project Partners to become a participant in The Parc project, your personal data which you have provided to the Project Partners through this Website and mutual subsequent communication (in accordance with section 2.1, or 2.2 above) will be processed to the necessary extent also for the purpose of managing this project. Such processing consists in keeping a database of participants / researchers engaged in the individual research activities carried out within the Parc project.
The legal basis for processing of your personal data are legitimate interests of the Project Partners represented by the purposes above.
Your personal data will be processed and stored for the specified purposes no longer than for the duration of The Parc project.
This data will be made available to all Project Partners. To the extent necessary, they may be also made available to external service providers who are contracted by the Project Partners, for example, for technical support of the Website (such as providers of web hosting services or providers of website maintenance).
If required so, given the circumstances of the review and evaluation of your application or related communication (either in accordance with section 2.1, or 2.2. above), your personal data may be processed to the necessary extent for a longer period also with regard to legitimate interests of the Project Partners, subject to the condition that those interests override your legitimate interests.
In case that you contact the Project Partners in writing (standard form of letter), the conditions above shall apply to such processing of your personal data without any difference.
